Nordic Garden Buildings officially launched in 2013 and we are delighted to have been part of their journey from day one. Our involvement is vast; we are in charge of their brand and website whilst also maintaining a complex intranet system which handles almost all aspects of quoting, purchasing and other day-to-day aspects of running the business. Thanks to this level of digitisation, in a few short years the business has grown to thrive with over 80 independent dealers across Europe.

PROFESSIONAL & CONSISTENT IDENTITY

NGB focuses on strong customer stories and aspirational lifestyles to drive sales of their buildings. We began by understanding their aims and target audience, unifying all miss-matched branding and developing a smart and consistent house style based around the Scandinavian ‘Hygge’ concept to be used across all of their marketing material.

Nordic Garden Buildings now has a professional and concise brand guidelines document, which is used throughout their UK and European operation, keeping their brand professional, memorable and consistent.

AS IMPORTANT AS EVER

High quality print materials are key for Nordic Garden Buildings to build new relationships with dealers and convey the quality of their product. From catalogues and prospectus brochures to trade show displays and takeaways, We Are Sweet have exercised the brand identity across a wide range of printed marketing collateral.

We Are Sweet has seen NGB grow and develop quickly. To keep on top of the significant changes and constant improvements, we hold regular meetings with the Nordic Garden Buildings team. We explore exciting new approaches and recommend fresh solutions to actively push NGB forward and remain an industry leader.

FRONTEND PERFECTION

NGB’s website was designed to convey the ‘Hygge’ feeling and the high quality of the garden buildings available. When a user lands on the website they are greeted with impressive video and warm images to promote the products on offer in the best possible light.

The website is a very effective lead generation tool, drastically improving engagement from previous versions. Leads are intelligently passed to dealers when a user places an enquiry. Complimentary lead collection mechanisms and automated marketing campaigns are also active on the website for users who are interested yet may not be ready to buy.

INTERNAL SYSTEMS

INTELLIGENT MANAGEMENT

NGB’s European dealers communicate with their fabrication team in Wales using a bespoke online cloud-hosted platform. The platform was designed to eliminate communication issues via email, phone - and even fax - to streamline and refine their internal processes. Their internal system manages almost all aspects of their day-to-day business in an intelligent, secure way. Teams can access their orders, quotes and performance figures from anywhere in the world and management can view a top-level overview of the real-time performance of their business at any time.

ECOMMERCE

ORDER PURCHASING AND PROCESSING

A platform was created to allow dealers to order products for customers and show-sites online. Due to the intricacies of the product range and unique delivery process, we created a bespoke e-commerce system to meet the exact business requirement.

The e-commerce system processes millions of pounds in sales annually and handles the entire process of ordering, payments, manufacturing, delivery and aftercare in an intelligent, automated way.
