Home Instead Senior Care operate through a national network of locally owned offices. Since initially starting work with We Are Sweet over a decade ago, Home Instead Senior Care has grown into an influential industry leader, with nearly 200 offices throughout the UK.

In addition to locating home care, the front-end also hosts nearly 200 local websites with their own unique content.
CUSTOM FRANCHISE INTRANET
We Are Sweet designed and built ‘My Franchise’, a bespoke intranet system designed to allow over 1000 internal staff to manage all aspects of their franchise operation and collaborate more effectively. We created intelligent API integrations with third parties including Rackspace, Office 365 and Google to centralise data and significantly reduce admin work, both at franchisor and franchisee level.
The system has intelligent analytics and tracking, allowing us to measure performance and engagement across the operation, influencing decision making and improving the system with new features moving forward.
